Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange your item. Returning merchandise must be in the original (unused) condition. Please contact us by e-mail or phone within 30 days of your purchase date to get a return/exchange authorization; otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. We will refund or credit the value of the item and tax (if applicable). Shipping charges are not refundable. When contacting us by e-mail for return/exchange, please write "return authorizaton request" in the subject line and send to info@fujihomeandgarden.com along with your purchase information.

When returning your item, please repackage it securely with all parts and the original invoice. Customer must pay for return shipment costs. Please ship your package back to us by UPS, insured. Return address will be provided with return/exchange authorization.
